Web lead re-direct

I'm working with the web to lead form in the new version of Method. The classic version allowed a check box to redirect your lead after they submited the form to a specific url.

Is there something comparable in the new version? I looked at the action list that is tied to the Submit button, but didn't find a straight re-direct to an external url.

    Thank you!

    Hi there Gspeak,

The Method New Web Form does not have functionality like this at the current time.

We do have plans to roll out actions that do this however! Keep an eye out in the coming months for action updates.

In the meantime - if you just needed a button to link to another page, we can do a bit of a 'Hack' solution by embedding some HTML code, but if you needed actions to process Before this link is clicked (ie. on a submit button) it unfortunately would not work.

    Thanks Gspeak.

    Re: Web lead re-direct

    Hi Ben,

We are trying to implement a script that renders when a user successfully completes the form and the Thank You Message displays. However, when inserting that in the Thank You message via the Insert à Source Code, the non-text content is being stripped by the wsywg editor making it impossible to embed the JavaScript within the Thank You message. Are there any configurable settings, user permissions or necessary tags that would allow the wyswyg editor to save that embedded JavaScript into the Thank you message? (Please note we’ve tried unsuccessfully using the tag, , as well as wrapping the contents in a // tag)

    Please see attached screenshots:

Navigate to Web to Lead tab Thank You Message at the bottom of the page.

    Click Insert Source code

When we enter our script, press OK and hit save:

When opening that window back up, the script is not included:
