Emails shown twice

    Emails shown twice

    Hello,

    we are new to Method so I sent an Email to myself to try out the "automatically merged fields"-function e.g. ListBuilder.FirstName.

    It all worked fine, but the Email I got consisted of the exact same text twice.

    Is there something wrong in the settings / how can I change this?

    Hi Fanni,

    Take a look at the email templates, head over to: Home > Email Templates.

    Pull up the template it is using and see where the extra merge/text is to edit.
