Customizing Screen: Sections Disappearing

    Customizing Screen: Sections Disappearing

    I am new to Method, and I am encountering an error when trying to customize the NewActivity screen.  Under the Customize Tab, in the Screens Tab Link, I have copied the default CRM_NewActivity screen.  I then added a section titled Processing Flow (Fig 1 & 2).  With changing nothing else, I published the screen, but the resulting screen showed ONLY the new Processing Flow section, and nothing else (Fig 3).  Ultimately, I want to add a new linked Contact field in this section where I can put the contact-specific instructions for our staff to copy/paste when they create a new activity.

    Is there something that I am missing, or a reason that I cannot add a new tabbed section to show up along with Recent History?

    Hey,

    You need to click on Show for section: 'Add /Edit Activity' and leave the other sections hidden.

    For the custom section you created you will also need to make sure it's not hidden.
