Deleting Custom Screens

    Deleting Custom Screens

    I have run into this a few times now. I am trying to delete a custom screen and I am getting an error that says I can't because it is referenced in an action on one of the stock screens. Obviously the only way this is possible is if I replaced the links when copying the stock screen in the first place (which I didn't do). However, I tried to copy the live screen and replace the links to the screen that the system won't let me delete but I still doesn't work. I have also verified that the screen the systems "thinks" is referencing the screen I am trying to delete is not referencing it. It is referencing the live screen as it should. Any idea what is going on?

    I have seen this before and it will be a lot easier to troubleshoot via screen share with one of our Support members.
