Method Community

We've just started with Method and things have gone swimmingly until I installed the Report Designer.

For some reason, I cannot drag and drop fields into the Designer view. I created a test report for Campaigns so I have Campaign and Company tables. It has let me drag a couple of fields but with no rhyme or reason. I've updated my Java, but still running into the same issue. Any ideas?

What happens exactly when you try to drag and drop fields onto the screen? Do you get an error?

Absolutely nothing. The field is selected, but that's it. No icons and no errors. Very odd.

Hey Heather,

Run a Windows Update and make sure you are running the latest version of the .NET Framework.

I figured it out! I had been clicking on the icon, not the text to drag and drop a field. Evidently you have to drag the text only.
