Quickbooks conflicts happening in the future?

    Quickbooks conflicts happening in the future?

    I am trying to resolve conflicts in CRM with quickbooks online but they haven't happened yet????

    Currently, I am looking at conflicts under the conflicts tab of CRM and it says that the conflicts occurred at 4:15 PM on November 23rd... It is currently 10:50 AM on November 23rd. Is this something I should be concerned about? I ask because I am experiencing several issues as well such as notes not saving to notes fields for one user only on some custmer accounts and I am not able to send customers from CRM to QBO. I am worried that there is an error on my CRM site that is casuing these strange issues.

    Hi There,

    The DateTime listed under the Resolve Conflicts tab is displayed in UTC time, so it is likely you are not seeing this in error, and is not something to be concerned about.
