    Notifications settings

    Everytime I get an email notification emai for a metting reminder I get an error email, somehow method is trying to send email to my cell number and I don't know how to change that.

    I looked under my profile and under cuztomize, users, settings but I don't see anything.

    Hi Marcelo,

    My Apologies for the delayed response here.

    This reason you are getting this email is likely because you have the 'Send SMS alerts before they are due' setting checked on Step 3 of 10 in your User settings.

    The way the SMS alert system works (only for some US based Providers), is an email gets sent to your Phone providers servers (ie. *Number*@txt.att.net), which in turn forwards you the SMS message to your cell phone. The back end process is very similar to the way am email works, and as such if something goes wrong, you will get an email failure (rather than an SMS failure).
