Theres a lot happening in this post, we might need to take this one offline together and go over a few things. I just wanted to say straight off the bat that Method is entirely customizable, and your IT guy might just be fleshing out aspects of Method that he believes are necessary to your Business, and is not necessarily any kind of Con. That Being said, you're enitrely correct that Method has the built-in functionality that you listed below (plus much more) ;
