lots of conflicts then disappeared later

    Hi,

I have been seeing this issues but no time to face it till now. The problem is, "maybe" after a full synchronization, I can see lots of conflict about "Delete from Desktop" about ReceivedPayment. (as attached image.)

However, we never did that, and those conflict will disappear later (not sure when, maybe in next full sync.) Any idea/explanation? Thanks.

    Hi Alex,

Its likely these 'ReceivePayments' transactions are falling outside of the Transaction History date - and are getting archived within Method.

On your Sync Preferences Page (under QuickBooks tab > Synchronize > Transaction History) - You can set how far back Method will remember 'closed' transctions. When a record falls outside this date it gets archived within your Method Database (it will still show up in QuickBooks as usual). A side affect of this is that the Record will usually show up as a conflict the first time a pass is made over the archived record, and typically a second or third pass will clear these up.

    Thanks Alex.

    Hi,

For those side-effect items, if we follow the suggestion to delete it from Method, will the item be deleted from QBs as well?

    Hi Alex,

If you press the 'Delete all' option - Yes, all of these records will be removed from QuickBooks also. If they are infact just being archived, I would recommend you just use the 'Clear' option - and wait for the next full sync to run. At which point they should dissapear.

    Thanks Alex.
