I followed the Method Help Center directions at the following link https://www.methodintegration.com/method/kb.aspx?folder=method&article=Add-Custom-Field-to-Contacts-App&id=893

to creast the custom field.

I believe you have already spoke to us over the phone since you posted this - But just wanted to check in and see if everything was ok.
