Error when creating new invoices

    Error when creating new invoices

    Hi, I've started getting an error whenever I create new invoices. The error occurs after I enter a line item. I can open old invoices, but none of the new ones.

    I'm using stock screens.

    Hi GroGreen,

    It seems the action which is failing is making reference to the Ship Address field being Blank when an expression is run on it. Still looking into this one at the moment, but I havent noticed that your Sync is currently down in your account. If you can try a quick reconnect for me by Following these Steps.

    There are a lot of back end sync processes in QBO accounts which affect Ship Addresses - So that we can present information given to us by quickbooks as readable on screen. Not entirely convinced the 2 things are related, but certainly best to rule out all other possibilities.

    Hi Ben, I re-synced Quickbooks. I'm not sure why it had gone down as I hadn't changed anything.

    It seems to have fixed the problem for now. I'll let you know if it arises again!
