I'm atttempting to use Listbuilder to generate a list of customers whose CustomerType includes "provider" who have transactions since Jan 1 2009. When I fill in those two fields and click Update, the interface grinds and grinds and never reports. I narrowed the search to all transactions since Sept 1 2010, and it ran for almost an hour with no results - until finally my session timed out.

Suggestions?  Am I using the form incorrectly?

I just tried using the default List Builder screen and mine worked fine. It seems you have customized the screen. Can you outline the customization you've done and the steps you've taken, so I can try to replicate?
