Re-sizing the height of a section's text box

Hello. I am trying to make a large text box in which we can keep track of customer-information "memos" on the customer info page.

Currently, I have the field "memos" input as an open text box to a section of "edit customer". I cannot, however, figure out how to change the size (height) of the box. Is it doable? Or is there a better way to do this?

Here's what it currently looks like:

    [ 1 ]

And here's what I want it to look like: (Excuse my MS Paint skills, or lack there-of)

    [ 2 ]

    The section I'm working with:

    [ 3 ]

    Hi Devin,

It is doable! If you would like to increase the height of a text input field, you can do this from the customization view by clicking on 'Edit' for your Memo field.

From there, click on 'Advanced Options' and you should see an option for 'Number of input lines' on the left. You can increase this number to add in extra lines.

If you type more than the allowed number of lines, a scroll bar will indeed appear on the right to give you more room to type.

It can pop be done simply by going into advanced editing mode.
