Hello,

I'm having issues adding borders to my Donor Receipts.  I've tried changing borders in different reports and it seems to be a consistent problem.  

I can add a border, but as soon as I try to save it the program freezes and I need to "End Task" and start over.  Once I open the report again, I see that the border that I tried to add, didn't get created.

The name of the report is: NP_DonationReceipt_Optimistic Traveler(2)

Thanks for posting! Im sorry to hear you are having issues with the Report Designer.

Can you try creating a copy of the report and testing this out on the copy? perhaps try another PC if you have one available?  If you are having troubles there too - please feel free to reach out to us at success@method.me or speak to a rep directly using our in product chat so we can test on our end.

I am having the same issue but in my report, I am just adding a new label and changing the alignment. What was the resolution on this problem?

Nevermind. I think I figured it out. I just upgraded my PC to Windows 10 and it worked on another PC still on Windows 7. Method Reporting Designer doesn't work on Windows 10?
