Hi, the Pay Now button which takes customers to the portal to make payments, can that be customized when emailing the invoices to customers where it gets redirected to a different application than the QB Payments portal?

For the first part of your question, I am assuming the Pay Now button in Method and it takes the customer to Method Portal. Is Pay Now button in question here is from the Invoice Email template, when customer received that email?

What we are trying is to find out if the URL that gets embeeded with that Pay Now button can be customized to a specific application of ours where we process payments of our own?
This question has been answered offline via email where we have helped them in setting it up via correct API required fields.
