Suggestion: Allow for First and Last Name in User Setup

It would be nice if you would allow first and last name to be added to the user account and then use those names in the dropdown boxes and other displays in Method.

For example, if I'm setting up John Smith, we usually would set that up as jsmith. But then in the dropdown boxes and in the screens, not everyone easily recognizes jsmith.  It would be nice if the user login could still be jsmith, but the dropdown boxes and screens would show  John Smith.

pdirect - good suggestion.  We could start rolling that out into future versions.  However, on critical screens you can do this yourself now.  If you look at Customize > Users, and edit the user setup, you can see that you can assign a QuickBooks employee or vendor to the user name.  Then, if you customize a user dropdown list on a screen, you can chose a 2nd column, which can be "Entity", which will show the user name in the first column and the QuickBooks employee/vendor name in the 2nd column.
