    Bottom half of screen missing

Since about late January 2011 when I log into my MethodIntegration (MI) account, only the top half of the screen appears and the bottom half is empty.  There is  scroll bar so by scrolling the rest of the screen will appear, but only in the top half of the computer screen.  All the other Method Integration screens, such as log in screen, appears in normal size.  I do not recall making any changes to my IE8 browser settings.

Word document with image is located at:

What suddenly caused this, and how can I get the entire screen back?

    Dave,

Can you enable the MethodSupport user and email your account name to m.melo@methodintegration.com and I will take a look at this on your account.

    Answer

One more point I want to make is that this sometimes happens when IE8 is not running under compatibility mode (Tools > Compatibility View).

Re: Bottom half of screen missing

Michael, the Compatibility View was the cause.  I added Method Integration to it  and I now see the full screen.   IE settings sometimes changes all by itself and thats what seems to have happened this time.  Problem solved.  Thank you.
