Calendar Error

    Calendar Error

    When I add a new appointment using the field service center calendar this error appears at the top:  Element.all.tags is not a function

    Any idea what this is or how to remedy it?

    Hi Matt,

    I am going to need some additional information since it seems to be working fine for me.

    • What browser were you using when you tried this? Did you try this on another browser?
    • Are you using standard screens or are they customized screens? If they are customized does this issue also happen on the standard screens?
    • What were the steps you took to add a new appointment to the calendar?

    Michael,

    It appears that the problem only occurs in the new firefox browser. I entered a new appontment the most common way by clicking into a space on the calendar and following the steps. I am using standard screens.

    Hi Matt,

    I was able to duplicate this using Firefox 4 but it looks like scheduling still works as it should. One thing I want to mention is that that message should no longer be coming up when we push out the latest update to Method which is planned to go live today.
