    Outlook Plugin

    Your instructions say:

    1. In Method, click Customize > Users.
    2. Click Edit next to the user you wish to enable permissions for to use the API.
    3. Click Next until you hit “Step 5 of 7”.
    4. Make sure that the check box for “This user is allowed to connect to Method API” is checked. Also, if the user is setup on specific table access, make sure that under the “Choose from a list of available tables” dropdown, you have selected “—All tables required for Outlook Integration—“.

I selected the “—All tables required for Outlook Integration—“. option in the drop-down box. However, the user is having issues.

Do I also need to press the "Add Table" button so all the tables are populated in the window below? It is not specified in the instructions.

You'll need to click the checkbox for, "This user is allowed to connect to the Method API", then select the "--All tables required for Outlook Integration--", then click Add Table and click Finish.

After that try his Outlook plugin again and let me know if that works.
