    Issue with Method CRM

    I'm having a problem with the new CRM.  When trying to switch from the Full Blown to CRM QB Pro version, the second step is customizing the app.  When I try to click on tab goups, I get the following error message:  

    "The screen you are tryig to load cannot be found. You ay have to refresh the tab links.  If you continue to receive this message then verify your screen exists for the Tab Lik.  Go to Customize > Tabs.  Select 'Edit Tab Links' for this Tab and then verify the screen is assigned to this Tab Link.  If it is not, then delete the Tab Link and add it again with the desired screen."

    When I go to Customize > Tabs, I can't find Tabs for "Tab Groups" or "CRM".  However, when I go to customize users, there is a tab group for CRM.

    I have tried opening Method in IE and Chrome & logging off and on & restarting the computer. 

    I appreciate any assistance out there!

    Hi Robin,

    Can you enable the MethodSupport user by going to Customize > Users and email me your account name and I will login and take a look.
