    Shading columns in a grid

Is there a way to shade specific columns, i.e. fields, in a grid?

    JKM@SA,

It is possible to change the text color of the contents of a grid cell using an SQL Override but at the moment it seems like it may not be working because of security updates(I will look into this). Would changing the color of the text be an option?

Ideally I would like to shade the columns so that people who enter data can quickly distinguish the fields that require entry and the fields that don't.  I've already set the calculated fields to read only.  Changing the color of the text would be better than nothing.  Let me know when it's working again.

    JKM@SA,

I'll add shading the color of a column as a suggest but to be honest if it does get implemented it may not be for a while but i will look into changing the color of the text and get back to you when I have an update. One thing to note though is that the text color will probably only work with the read only fields and not field that can be edited.
