Cant save and email in estimates

    Cant save and email in estimates

    Greetings

    New CRM>Estimates>Save and Email. I get the following message: Error^Action Sequence:47. Error with user authentication;Server says: 530 Access denied

    John-

    This is an error from the SMTP server you are trying to use. Most of the time this particular error comes up if the provider you are trying to use does not support SMTP or has blocked access to it ( Free email accounts like yahoo sometimes have this blocked until you upgrade to their premium email service).

    Michael,

    Aww I see.  I just forwared all my emails to Gmail.  Do you know if Gmail can unblock this? I do have ATT DSL with my phone line and they give me a email address to use way back when.

    John-

    Gmail should allow this if you go into the Mail Settings for your Gmail account you should see a section for Forwarding and POP/IMAP. Make sure POP is enabled.
