Sales Order Fields Won't Update

    Just to clarify, I haven't come across anyone else experiencing this issue, and we haven't been able to replicate it on our end so it seems to only be affecting your account. That's why we started the screen sharing session; to see it happen along with checking to see whether the QuickBooks or Method settings played a factor, which they did not.

    Dang. Wasn't aware of that. I certainly didn't want to feel special re: this issue. We never did look at my Method QB Sync. settings yesterday but there's nothing special there, I don't think.

    One thing I noticed in my AuditTrail immediately after the record update goes through (the record with blank values) is the message below. The computer making the change is the computer the QB file and sync engine is located on.

    The DesktopSync Engine modified the SalesOrder transaction '52691...', which was modified in QuickBooks on 12/6/2012 10:30:50 PM.

    Let me know if there's anything else to check on my side.

    I just noticed this issue is recurring....tried to update a field on a Sales Order to an empty value. The push engine is updating it to it's previous value again. Perhaps the bug fix from mid-December you guys implemented didn't get folded back into the main trunk? Just a thought....
