James I've seen similar behavior.  However, once a changes only or full sync happens with no conflicts, the sales order then shows as invoiced.

Well, overnight, after no PC reboot, the sync engine seems to be working again. Were there issues yesterday?

Another concern would be that this will create that TOKEN missmatch sync issue I experienced over the weekend.

Hello, I have been working with my outside IT department getting these two pieces of software installed. They have asked me, "when installing the sync engine and the outlook plugin onto a terminal server, do they need to be installed per user?"

The sync with Quickbooks was easy and painless, but now that I have logged in the next day, I see that only about 10% of the customers in our Quickbooks are showing up on the existing customers list (all active customers).   Any idea of why the view would be restricted or why all the customers are not showing up?  

QuickBooks Online requires an Item to be specified for each line item on an invoice I have an item specified for each line item on my invoices.  Is there a problem with the sync between my items in Method and QB? How can I fix that?

Awesome! Thanks Mary. I'm not sure how this will sync to Quickbooks, but it will work for Method-only custom fields.  Jason

Ben - do a full sync with QuickBooks first, before doing anything drastic. They might come back.  This can show up sometimes temporarily if a full sync was interupted before it completed. Paul

To anyone following this, Taurusgardening was a Marathon Data Systems customer and were able to resolve this with a sync. - Adam
