Well I made some progress. I was able to get the new tab inserted. I made sure the grid was "attached", but after publishing and refreshing, the equipment tab (on the customer screen) was empty. Hi Valbon, I'm already onto a new problem. Within Field Services, I would like "Equipment" to show up as a tab within the "Customer" Screen. How would I go about making that change?   Thanks again for your help.
