Joe submitted a question:
"Hi Kris,Sorry to bother you but my Item List screen is giving me this error “Invalid object name “viewaccItem” on the Existing Items screen. I deleted my screen and copied the screen from the Method library and still got the error. I have fooled around with the Item table ...

It appeared below a RESOLVE CONFLICT as ``method recommends perhaps using single user mode`...something to this effect. I cleared the Conflict and do not see a way to have a history of conflicts report so I can not be more accurate.
Most important everyonr now knows that using Quickbooks in MULTI USER is just fine.

Even if your QuickBooks file is running in multi-user mode, Method should allow for a proper synch. I went ahead and tested this on my end just to be sure and it seems to have worked. What kind of an error message are you getting?

As for invoices, they are not currently based on sales orders nor estimates; however, with a little customization, you certainly could configure your Method account to reference invoices on sales orders and/or ...

Not a problem. We're glad to hear you had no sync issues and that your installation went smoothly. Looking forward to speaking with you tomorrow.

Hi Kristopher,
Sorry about that! Obviously I had a slow day. Started looking at all the complicated solutions, and forgot to check who had logged on to the QB server last. Bit of a "DUH" moment! Do appreciate the response though. We had no other issues. Very smooth installation. Talk to you tomorrow at ...

Hi Bill,
Looks to me as though you're syncing with a multi-user QB database and the administrator of the QB database you're syncing with hasn't logged on yet. For security purposes, it is required that the QB database administrator log onto Method and run a sync before additional user permissions are granted access to ...
