Method Community

I have recently noticed that Method is picking Xora time for the end date, instead of jobs & shifts started and ended before that date! Has this been changed to include the end date in the data Method gets from Xora? Also, it is has missed getting the earliest job start time for the first day.  My "Send to Quickbooks" ...

Val: Just wanted to comment on your reply concerning getting accurate entries from Xora.  In a perfect world that would be the case, but unfortunately, that isn't the case, especially in my business (landscape).  I usually have to make numerous edits, with only a few employees clocking accurately, whether it be time, lunch, or job ...

 Val: I also have this problem.  If I edit a time entry in Xora, Method will not pick it up.  I really hope you can determine where the problem lies so we can get Xora edited time with Method..  Although I do most editing in Method, there are times when it is easier or best to edit it first in Xora.  I look forward to ...
