I've tried syncing again and it now works.
Victor, could this have anything to do with the fact that I was, at one point, trying to use the Outlook category color coding feature?

No luck. After performing the above steps, I still get the same messages when saving. I don't have any problems adding as activity from email, just the calendar.

No luck.....I also had the "Assign QuickBooks categories" activated. I thought maybe this was causing the problem. I've inactivated this feature and I'm still getting the same result. :/

When adding a new appointment to Method from Outlook, I get the following error message:

In viewing all of the programs in Add/Remove, I discovered another Method program under "O" for Outlook for Method Integration. I have uninstalled this and the old icons are now gone from Outlook.
I will go through the uninstall/reinstall process again and see if this fixes things.

Since using add remove programs did not actually remove the plug in, is there another way to remove the old add-in?

No, it evidently did not re-install correctly, because when I opened Outlook I received an error message "An add in could not be found or could not be loaded".
I have uninstalled the plug in again. I have also repaired the .NET and Visual Studio.
The only Method applications that show in Add/Remove Programs ...

As an FYI, when I remove the Method Outlook plugin, the Setup and Add to Methrod CRM icons are still showing onthe Outlook Add-in tab.
