I have been playing around with the CRM portion of Method and have come across the Planning & Analysis tab under Campaigns. The fields, "Expected Revenue", "Budgeted Cost", and "Actual Cost" do not appear to have any effect on my Analysis. I was wondering if there was any information on the difference between creating a new activity for an oppertunity versus using the Schedule a Follow Up tab on an existing activity. The follow up seems to just be another activitiy. Is this just included for ease of use, or is there something that distinguishes them?
