I have done this several times but when I choose send test emai/save nothing happens

And how do I customize the screen for receiving a payment from the work order?  

Is there a way to turn an estimate in to a work order? I see where to create a sales order but that isn't what I want. Thanks.

I honestly didn't know I could. I am not the one that does our QB, the owner is. That would be great if I could get rid of one more job ;)  

Also, can we post a payment while closing the work order from the calendar as the job is completed?

Yes. We have some clients that we send a monthly statement to. Is it possible to just send statements of accounts with balances on a monthly basis?

How can I process statements on accounts for our customers? 

How can I add multiple service addresses? I have several clients that have several locations.
