So I followed your instructions and under Customize, tabs, tab links for Customers. Estimates box says Quickbooks_Estimate. Any suggestions as to what we need to do to get the original estimate back? What should the original estimate named?   Chris

Yes, it is a custom estimate, I made the template by copying the method standard estimate and altered the file on your custome template software. The only things that were altered from the original was the logo and small layouts on the first and second headers. I will make sure the descriptions are showing in the fields shortly. I am trying to write an estimate for a service items for my company. The inventory items appear on the estimate without any problems but when I try to put a service item into the estimate it appears on the Method screen but nothing appears on the print preview.   Any suggestions.
