I am looking for some guidance in setting up a knowledge base for clients to access through a portal on my website.  Can anyone direct me? Thanks so much!

If I want all my staff's Outlook to sync to METHOD do I install the plug in on each of their workstations? We are using Exchange. Does that present other issues?
