Method Community

To whom it may concern: Does Method have to have the ability to sync with Quickbooks 24 hours a day?  I ask this question because we shut off our server every day when we close.  This will prevent any individual computer to have access to the database at night.  Will this cause Method to not work properly or will it create problems ...
