Can I least re-direct the REGISTER link to my membership form on my site so it doesnt go to the next page about emailing temporary password????

I am trying to edit the text in the user client portal log in screen. At present it says the following: Sign In with your User Name and Password for online account access. If you do not yet have a User Name, click Register and have a password emailed to you. WHERE CAN I GO TO CHANGE THIS?? thank you
