Method Community

I want to use Method to send out a newsletter to my client list, but I don't see where/how to attach a file of any type.

What if the sales rep doesn't exist in QB as a sales rep?  then what?  Can I get someone at Method to edit the table behind the scenes to remove a particular sales rep from the table?

Someone at method told me to select a vendor to be a sales rep, when it fact it's the employee with the same name that should have been selected.  Now I have a sales rep I want to delete but can't.  I can't delete them as a vendor in QB as they are a real vendor.  Worse yet is that I can't add a new sales rep with ...
