Thank you Adam.  I want the ability for my sales reps to input order/quote supporting information (special pricing, internal purchase order info, etc.) necessary to our organization in CRM Screen but not have it appear on the formal quote/proposal to the client. Does that make a little more sense?

I am configuring our Estimate/Invoice screens and would like to have required entries not appear on printed customer facing estimate/invoice (Company Purchase Order/Cost/Deal Registration ID).  I am stuck here on how to have these fields not appear on customer facing documentation.
