Method on my computer is no longer syncing with Quickbooks on our main computer. The last sync date was July. Can you please let me know how to fix this? Thanks, Juliet

Hi, What is the best way to capture muliple locations in the leads area of Method. For example, if I have a chain of stores - two or three stores I have been entering them as separate records but it would be good to be able to link them. For instance when you have multiple contacts for one records it links all the contacts. Thanks,

HI I created a new field called business with  a dropdown in CRM New Lead(2). I want to be able to edit the values in the dropdown and I can't. It keeps telling me that the field is linked to a screen - which it is - the CRM New Lead (2) Screen. There is an additional value I want to include in the dropdown list. Thanks, Juliet
