How can I display the Client's name on the Screens of their client portal so that they know that they are in their own portal?

Is there a way to add HTML code in tabs?  I would like to set up my client portals to have a tab where they can donate to several funds using paypal.  I can create the button code in paypal but I don't see where I can copy to a tab screen. Also, when will paypal be available as a payment option for quickbooks ...
