Im having this issue too trying to invoice customers. It has something to do with the save all fields button.

So, Inside the edit customer tab, I created a button called (Save and Add Job). When I click the button, it will open the crm new customer screen in a pop up. This thing has been racking my brain for 16 days or so. I knew it was something simple but I just couldn't figure it out. The Criteria section was what was confusing me.  Yes, this fixed the problem and thank you very much for your help.
