Hi, When I sync a customer from outlook to Method, method add initials that do not exist to the clients name.  Please have this stop. Thanks,

Could you please provide instructions to set up my e-mail.  I use Office 365.  It was set up once but is gone now.  Would also appreciate instructions so e-mails look like they are coming from my and not method.   Thanks so much, Kathy
