Customer list. We are migrating from an on premise crm that allows us to assemble calling lists by selecting records. The checkbox column is present, but not sure how we fileter by checked items.

We have enabled the check box column on our customer list but are unable to filter by checked record. The purpose is to create a custom list for sales people to call from. Has anyone accomplished this?

We have a need to update multiple records with the same piece of data for a certain field. Namely, the record manager. Currently, we are updating the records one at a time. Is there a way to make the changes from the customer list or is there another alternative?

Is there a way to exit a form without saving? We have had problems with reps having sales orders or invoices open in method after they sync to QB. In order to exit they have to save. Sometimes, the form has been marked up in QB and the save process undoes the markup in QB. How can we avoid this issue?

Please help.

Sure - basically, salespeople need to assemble a list of records to call. On any given day they will want to call on records that had invoiced two weeks ago.
