Thank you for helping me out on this, I must still be missing something, I tried this and I get the words "Account Number" to appear now in the new activity screen, however it does not seem to be pulling the link to the actual account number.  The only place I can actually see the actual account number is from the payment ...

"I hope this is a simple problem, we are new to MethodCRM and we want to do the following: When creating a new activity and then choosing a contact, we would like to have customer's account number appear under the "Lead / Customer / Vendor / Employee Details area.
