How can I link (and therefore view) my customized invoice (screen) under the Customer Invoice tab? I find no place in Method or in this Forum telling you how to use a different screen shot than the screens automotically assigned when our account was created. Please advise where I would go in Method CRM to make this change.

Why can I not remove a field from the customize screen? Should I not be able to simply click the "x" in the top right corner of the field to have it removed? It will not allow me to do that. I will only allow me to move (drag and drop) the field in a different location and enlarge or shink the field space. I ...

I have recently created a new user account in Method. I downloaded the mobile patch from the Method link. However I still do not see on my "Select and Account" screen the drop down menu box to go mobile. What do I need to do to get this working properly? What could be causing the problem?
