Awesome - this is very helpful. The only request left is to make the changes to the version of the Edit Case screen that we're currently using - that's CMR_EditCase_CSv2. If you could make the changes to that one we should be all set.

Sorry it took me so long to follow up on this. So is this a change that you've already made to the condition block? If so I can check it to see if the start date comes across with the rest of the existing activity information.

I wanted to try to use the Method web service to generate reports in MS Access 2010 or 2013. I was wondering where to find the connection definition file I would need for Method and any pointers or additional information that might be helpful in getting started.

Currently we have Method integrated with a single user version of Quickbooks Premiere. We are importing case activities for existing clients into Method, but some of these activities were completed a year or more ago by employees that are no longer with the company. Can a name be imported into the AssignedTo field without a corresponding Method account existing.
