Method Community

cleared still the same thing, just changing tabs causes it.  method classic works fine 1. windows 7 service pack 1.   apple computer works fine 2. Version 40.0.2214.45 3. doesnt appear to be no 4. not many, only consistant thing is method classic and new maybe one other 5. yes- same thing happens incognito 6. tyring

if your in any app, like changing customer info or opportunities and you go to any other iphone app thats already open, lets say to get info from iphone contacts, when you go back it always reverts to main dashboard. you have to go back into customers app, then customer and edit again. anytime you leave the method browser the app closes and ...

if creating a new lead, and you change tabs in chrome, when you go back to method tab you get " oops something went wrong" most of the time the site crashes, goes black,  and you have to log in again. even noticed on once lead is created if I change chrome tabs i get the error

how do I combine 2 customers, I have two customers in method, only one in QB.  method has  Smith,John & Smith, John.  ( space is missing from after comma) they seem to be sharing the same activiites, cases and transactions are different.

item app wont let you select individual item. Screen just grays out.

from customers/ related / and then +new. from the stand point of adding a new contact to a existing customer. once you select +new then you click create and have to find customer again.

When adding a contact from a customer screen I would think that this would auto fill from the existing customer, having to reselect the customer from a drop down screen is to much work and possible mistake.  I do like the option of  adding a new Vendor or customer/ lead from this screen.

I assume Cases are coming as well? or am I missing it
