Hi,
I did all of the steps last week. I just went to email a customer in an activity and it did the same thing and pulled up the previous person. Whatever I did didnt' work.

I found it and deleted the emailto. Is that all I need to do?

It is in the stock screen. And it seems like it happens when for example: I completed an activity with Bob with Company A. And then I click on schedule next activity with Sam with Company A. It defaults the email back to Bob's. They both have email addresses. I feel that the person you ...

This would be a great feature to add. When writing an email you have to click the spell check button. This should be automatic like other email providers.

I made changes to an estimate template and it's not updated yet into method. It is still showing the old version. How can I fix this?

Many times this has happened. I go to click on the activity I have scheduled. It has the correct contact name connected to the activity. Sometimes when I click on email, another person from the same company's email pops up instead of the contact I have selected. I think this is a glitch. Please help.

When creating an email in Method there is a spell checker. If you don't click on the ABC button the email will not check for spelling errors. How can you have the spell checker automatically turn on for every email created.
