I just got off the phone and our IT administrator and he is having the same problem with installation on the server side. We are using Microsoft Outlook Exchange Server 2013 and with the Windows Server 2008 R2, we are using remote desktop users. This is where he thinks the problem arises. Thanks Audisho, I've tried this step and I'm still having the same issue. I'll have IT look at it and see where the roadblock is happening. I'll post again once we figure it out.

Hello, I am trying to install the Outlook Plugin for Outlook 2013. I am using Windows Server 2008 R2 and when I go to install I have the companies administrator user and password to allow access. Is there additional sercuity I need to change or allow permissions for to finish installation?
