How do I create a tab behavior where our users can just tab through each individual field in order when they create a new contact?
The current behavior is :
Enter first name
Tab
It ends up on Direct Phone (expected behavior is tab to last name)
Our preference would be first name (tab) last name (tab) Autofill Name (tab) Title ...

OK, I may have spoken too soon. :/ i went through and added "IsActive" to the contacts screen. The contact view filters are all set to "IsActive" = "Yes" so I assumed that the contact I unchecked would not appear. However, the contact DOES show up. Hi Ben,
Great question! A lot of our contacts end up moving to different customers so we don't necessarily want to lose track of those people.
I suppose one workaround may be to tag them inactive? Is there anything else you might think of?

It does work this way- however it defaults to "none" in the radio button selection, rather than "existing". How do I set that to default to "existing"?

Our tech support team often creates multiple cases for the same contact/company as they prefer to track all issues separately. How can I set it to retain all existing field information when they hit "save and new"? This would prevent them from inputting the information multiple times.

We are having issues with the out-of-the-box customer views in that it shows all customers AND contacts in one place. You can arrange the sort, but it doesn't always behave in a consistent manner.
