How can I cancel my subscription to Method:Donor?

Is it possible to create and print year end tax receipts with Method:Donor? I only see the ability to do individual donations.

I just signed up for Method: Donor after testing it out with the free Trial, however now it says I have an outstanding balance of $240! If the trial is really free, then there's no way posible I have any outstanding balance. I have never used Method before this, ever. Please help.
