One of our employees, when logged in, can see the NEW version and are able to function in that, however, when they log in using the 'classic' version the headers are there but there is nothing else but a blank page.

Where do i specify which email templates are use for what type of task?

I updated as you had stated - in the company preferences and it still did not email as it should or even provide an option to email from the activity panel.
When I went to update the personal preferences, it gave me this error message:
The Click event for Save failed to complete.
Message: *An error occurred while inserting ...

When I assign an activity to another employee I get email for me to do it.
It says:

The following activity has been assigned to you. It may require your attention. To view, update or complete this activity, please visit...

In Method Classic, when doing an activity, I can send an email to the contact. However, in Method:NEW there is no option there. Also, when I click on the highlighted link for the customer's email, it opens up the computer's email client (I'm working on an iMac so its opening up MAIL).
Please advise.
